This year we have taken an innovative approach to program development, opening the floor to up-and-coming speakers with an expression of interest process that went out in January and which has allowed to us mix some familiar faces with the next generation of emergency medicine speakers. I’m particularly excited to see the opening ceremony being developed by LITFL’s very own Dr Michelle Johnston
Registration fees have been a particular focus this year and the result is exceptional value – non-FACEM level Doctors can attend the whole thing for $800; It’s even lower for students and non-medicos at $550 for the whole week.
Perth is just gorgeous in late November with temperatures in the high 20’s and an average of only 3 days of rain for the entire month. With direct flights from London you could be here in less than 16 hours…
Our Social Program includes an opening reception in the spectacular Kings Park and the conference ball with stunning views over Elizabeth Quay. The whole of the Wednesday afternoon is set aside for Wellness activities. Take your pick from Yoga, sailing, cycling, running, Latin Dancing and cocktail mixing to name but a few.
Come and join us in the birthplace of LITFL. Bring your family and let them explore the partner program during the week, then tag on the post-Conference Wilderness workshop in Margaret River and use it as an excuse for a holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of the planet.
